Refund & Return Policy

Return or refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, reason for return, clear product photos/videos, and unboxing video.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for:

1. Wrong product supplied.
2. Wrong size supplied.
3. Manufacturing defect.
4. Product materially different from the confirmed order.

Change of mind, personal preference, correctly supplied size, courier transit damage, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Product Condition

Products must be unused and in original packaging. All relevant components must be returned safely.

Return Procedure

Please contact us and get approval before sending the product. The customer must arrange the return through a courier and share the tracking details with us.

Return Shipping

For an approved wrong product or wrong size supplied by One Star Industries, return shipping charges will not be charged to the customer.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed through UPI. The eligible product amount will be refunded after verification.

Exchange & Replacement

Eligible customers can choose exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, correctly supplied products, customized products, misuse, courier transit damage, or failure to collect a transport or bus shipment within the specified time.

If the customer does not collect the shipment from the designated transport office or station within the specified time and the bus or transport leaves, the customer may not receive the product as scheduled. If the shipment is returned to One Star Industries, the order amount will not be refunded for failure to collect the shipment on time.

If the customer requests the shipment to be sent again, we may arrange another transport service, subject to availability. Any new transport or rebooking charges must be paid by the customer before the shipment is dispatched again.
