These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.onestarindustries.com and purchases from One Star Industries. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, and Refund & Return Policies.

Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. You must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information.

Purchases must be made by an adult or with appropriate adult authorisation.

Products and Specifications

We supply baking tins, moulds, trays, and related products for retail and wholesale customers.

Please check the selected material, dimensions, capacity, and pack quantity before ordering. A product photograph may show multiple sizes, arrangements, or baked items for illustration. Your purchase includes only the items specified in the selected product option.

Minor appearance differences may arise from lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. This does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Follow the care and usage guidance provided for the product.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. No additional GST amount is added separately at checkout. This statement does not mean that products are tax-exempt.

Applicable delivery charges and discounts are shown or communicated before order confirmation.

Payments are accepted through PhonePe. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to payment verification, stock availability, and delivery serviceability.

If a product is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with available options. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your approval. If we cannot fulfil the order, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Retail, Wholesale, and Custom Orders

Pack quantities and any applicable minimum order quantities are stated in the listing or quotation. Bulk discounts apply only where offered.

If a custom order is accepted, its specifications, price, payment requirements, and estimated completion time will be agreed before production begins.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within India and offer local pickup by prior arrangement. Delivery estimates depend on availability, order quantity, destination, and the selected shipping method.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Requests are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Customer-selected size errors and change-of-mind requests are treated differently from defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Our website content, photographs, logos, and other materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or services.

Events Beyond Our Control

Severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, and similar events may affect fulfilment. We will communicate available updates and work towards a reasonable resolution.

Such events do not automatically remove any refund or other remedy required by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your concern.

Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s statutory choice of forum.

Changes to These Terms

Updates will be published with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an already confirmed order.
